Rates and Policies for Relief Services

 

• Hourly rate $100/hr on weekdays and $150/hr on weekends, holidays as listed below are $150/hr

• Charge for mileage outside of 30 mile home radius

• Possible charge for hotel, etc based on distance

• Cancellation policy:

  • Client shall email and/or text notice of cancellation of specific service appointments. Cancellation will not be in effect until acknowledged by Dr. Jennifer Jones

  • Any shift cancelled will be immediately invoiced and payment due

  • 4-6 weeks ahead of time incur a 40% Fee

  • 2-4 weeks ahead of time incur a 50% Fee

  • 1-2 weeks ahead of time incur an 80% Fee

  • Any cancellations with less than a week notice will incur a 100% Fee

 

• Daily minimum of 5 hours compensation for each scheduled day

 

• Holiday rates $150/hr on below days:​​

  • March 29 - April 1st, 2024

  • May 27-30th, 2024

  • July 1-5th, 2024

  • August 30 - September 3rd, 2024

  • November 23-30th, 2024

  • December 22-26th, 2024

 

• There may be added fees for travel outside of home area (over 30 miles)

• Maximum 1 hour break mid day for lunch
